If you are dissatisfied for any reason with a product you purchase from NehemiahLeadership.com within 30-days of shipment, the purchase price will be cheerfully refunded. To return any item for refund, please do the following:

Send an email to returns@NehemiahLeadership.com requesting a Return Authorization Number (RAN). (We regret that we can not accept any returns without an Return Authorization Number. Any returns received without a RAN will be refused and sent back to the return address marked on the package. Packages containing returns without a return address will be discarded and the matter considered closed.)

Once you've received the RAN from NehemiahLeadership.com, simply return the item(s) you are dissatisfied with in resalable condition, writing the RAN number clearly on the outside front of the package and on your correspondence inside the box. Please include a copy of your original order fulfillment form and the reason for your dissatisfaction (Please be specific in explaining your reason(s) so that we can improve our product and service offerings!). Once NehemiahLeadership.com has received your returned items and correspondence, and has confirmed that the returned items are in resalable condition, we will be pleased to refund the purchase price for those item(s). Please Note: Due to our already low, low prices, NehemiahLeadership.com can not refund any shipping or insurance charges.
